I know the seiya situation caused the change to almost exclusively blind bids which in a no salary cap league isn't a big deal to me as others. It's just how it works in a no salary cap league. The Yankees will always spend more than the Pirates and Rays in real life.
My suggestion: Top 10 free agents based on last year fantasy points or fp/game go through blind bidding.
And the rest go through traditional proboards.
I've found all blind betting isn't really fun and kinda boring and really difficult to fill your holes and field a team.
It just seems like an extreme of all proboards or almost all blind could have a better balance.
Just my 2 cents

I'd support that. The blind bidding is fun, but it can be difficult to fill out the teams holes. We could do the same process with rolling out X amount of players to bid on the proboards, and then 5pm EST end that period like an EBay auction and start the next one. Would make for some fun final minute bids. Rolling it out would also help avoid having 45 bids all at once to manage
